BEVERLY, MA — The Procopio Companies has officially opened the doors to Amara, its latest luxury mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Beverly. With the project now receiving its Certificate of Occupancy, residents have begun moving in and leasing is fully underway.
Located at the high-visibility intersection of Cabot Street and Rantoul Street, two of the North Shore’s most prominent corridors, Amara brings 60 market-rate, Class A apartments to the vibrant Beverly community.
