NEW YORK – The commercial real estate industry is set to converge once again in Las Vegas as ICSC LAS VEGAS 2025, the world’s largest commercial real estate gathering, returns to the desert from May 18 to 20.

The annual event, hosted by ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities), will bring together thousands of professionals for three days of high-impact networking, dealmaking, and professional development, reflecting the sector’s enduring influence in today’s evolving economic landscape.

“ICSC LAS VEGAS is the most important event of the year for our industry and our members to build connections, strike transformative deals, and reshape the future of the Marketplaces Industry,” said ICSC President and CEO Tom McGee. “This event not only drives business outcomes for companies but also strengthens the communities we serve by convening experts from all facets of commercial real estate under one roof.”

Star Power & Insight on Stage

This year’s event features keynote addresses from two powerhouse entrepreneurs:

Kendra Scott, the founder, Executive Chairwoman, and Chief Creative Officer of the billion-dollar jewelry brand that bears her name, will share her journey from small startup to national success, emphasizing the role of people-first leadership and purpose-driven culture.

Greg Norman, the legendary golfer turned global business mogul, will discuss his career, his approach to leadership, and the growth of his international real estate ventures.

Brands, Innovation, and Industry Outlook

Newcomers such as Steak ‘n Shake, Potbelly Sandwich Works, and PickleRage will make their first appearance on the show floor, joining returning brands like Jersey Mike’s Subs and The Learning Experience to highlight current trends in retail and real estate.

Sessions throughout the three-day event will cover timely topics such as:

  • The state of the commercial real estate market amid economic uncertainty
  • The growing role of technology and proptech
  • The potential effects of proposed tax policies on development and leasing.

More than a dozen professional development workshops, held on Sunday, May 18, will offer deep dives into areas such as lease negotiations, navigating volatile market conditions, and innovation in retail property management.

A Catalyst for the Industry

As the flagship event of ICSC, the Las Vegas conference continues to serve as a barometer and springboard for the industry’s future. With professionals spanning development, investment, brokerage, retail, finance, and policy, the gathering is expected to generate deal flow, insights, and strategic connections that will shape marketplaces across North America.
