DANVERS, MA— Nordlund Associates, Inc. has secured a 10,504-square-foot lease with Cortica, LLC at 99 Rosewood Drive in Danvers, Massachusetts.
The deal marks a significant regional expansion for Cortica, a national leader in physician-led, whole-child autism care.
The lease was brokered by Chris Everest, Kevin Olson, and Jayson Rhuda of Nordlund Associates on behalf of the landlord, Rosewood 99 Offices, LLC, while Savills represented the tenant.
Cortica chose the location as part of its continued growth across the U.S., selecting the space for its adaptability and potential to support its integrated, transdisciplinary care model. The suite features a direct entrance and has undergone substantial interior renovations tailored to Cortica’s clinical and operational needs.
